Please note, cast members appear subject to any acting work commitments. Should a guest speaker have to pull out from any event, we will do all we can to find a suitable alternative, but this cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel someone’s ticket(s) should we be made aware that discussions via the internet towards any of the cast, volunteers or attendees is seen as threatening, bullying or of any harassing nature.
Any inappropriate behaviour towards cast members, volunteers or fellow attendees during the convention may result in removal from the from the event with no re-admittance.
All attendees consent to any filming and photography that may take place over the day by fellow attendees or press.
A printed or electronic version of the ticket must be presented to gain entry, tickets must not be copied or printed more than once.
Photo ID may be requested. The name on the photo ID should match the name that appears on the ticket.
In the event the convention is cancelled, only a refund of the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
The organisers are not liable for any damage, injury or loss of items during the convention.
There is no guarantee that everyone attending the convention will be able to obtain a photograph with the cast members.
By booking a place at this event you confirm you have read the terms and conditions and confirm you understand there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. This includes guest travelling internationally who later find they are unable to attend. This will be your responsibility to find someone to take your place. Tickets are fully transferable however we must have the full name of all attendees 1 week prior to the event. After which no further changes will be permitted.
