Can the schedule change?
As these are live events, schedules can change at extremely short notice, and often start times can be a little later than originally planned.
For any major changes the information will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
What happens Friday?
The event will begin on the Friday afternoon with the opening of Event Registration.
On the Friday evening there will be an Opening Ceremony, which usually starts between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, immediately followed by a Meet & Greet for Platinum and Gold Ticket Holders.
There is also a disco in the main hall until midnight.
What happens Saturday?
The day will begin with Photo Sessions in the morning, followed by Q&A Sessions beginning around lunchtime, and an Autograph Session in the afternoon.
In the evening there will be an Auction in aid of EBMF. The closing ceremony which will be followed by a party in the evening.
Where can I find the schedule?
When you register at the event you will be given a schedule with specific times for all activities.
To keep our events running smoothly we may have to change items in the schedule at very short notice. Updates and changes will be posted on notice boards around the venue and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
