Are the photo sessions only available to purchase online?
Yes, to assist with timings at the event, all photo sessions will need to be purchased in advance and a deadline for purchases will be announced.
Can I use my phone or camera in the photo session?
Phones and camera are not permitted during photo sessions. All phones must be on silent.
How many attendees can be in the photo?
The price displayed is for one attendee to be in the photo, and for one copy of the photograph. You may have a second attendee in the photo for £5 extra. Any small group of attendees wishing to have a photo, please email Info@BGreunion.co.uk

How much are the photo sessions?
The price will vary for each Actor, but usually range from £15 upwards per Actor. At most events we will also be offering a Group Photo featuring all of the Actors. Exact prices will be be released when the photo tickets go on sale.

Can I purchase a Group Cast Photo or is it just for Platinum Tickets?
Group cast photo will be available for All tickets holders to buy online closer to the date. The prices displayed will be for one attendee to be in the photo, and for one copy of the photograph. You may have a second attendee in the photo for £5 extra.
What is the difference between a ‘Cast Bonus Photo’ & ‘Group Photo with all the cast’?
The Cast Bonus Photo is given to Platinum and Gold tickets holders only – it is an exclusive photograph of all the Actors attending.
The Group Photo with all the cast is given complimentary to Platinum ticket holders but can be purchased by all ticket holders. The prices displayed will be for one attendee to be in the photo, and for one copy of the photograph. You may have a second attendee in the photo for £5 extra.
When will I be able to buy a Photo session?
A link to buy ‘Individual Photo’ sessions, ‘Combination photo’ sessions (full list coming soon) and the ‘Group Photo with all the cast’ session should be available by the end of June 2021.
What happens if I miss my photo?
If you arrive late you will miss your photo and a refund will not be issued.
Please pay attention to announcements and only queue for the Photo Session once you have been called. This may be by ticket number, or it may be by Actor. Please listen out for verbal announcements in the hallways and main halls.
Photo Sessions are FAST so please go immediately once you are called.
When are the photo sessions?
Photo Sessions take place on Saturday morning. Times will be in the schedule given to you when you arrive at Registration.
What happens if the Actor I have book a photo with cancels?
In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to secure a replacement guest.
Anyone who has purchased Photo Sessions for an Actor who has cancelled will be given the opportunity to swap this for another Actor of the same value, or pay the difference to upgrade to a different Actor. If a swap or upgrade is not wanted then a refund will be given.
Event tickets will not be refunded in the event of a Actor cancellation.
