Terms and Conditions for Membership of the BGR VIP Club
1. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement as listed below. Signing up to the BGR VIP Club will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. All content is owned by BGReunion and must not be reused, copied or in any other way distributed without the express permission of BGReunion. Exclusive BGR VIP Club content must not be shared under any circumstances. If any member is found to have shared content in breach of the above their membership with be terminated with immediate effect with no refund given.
3. By signing up to the BGR VIP Club and paying the fee you are purchasing a ‘1 Year Membership’. Enrolment takes place throughout February but the membership begins on the 1st March 2021, ending on 31st March 2022. Anyone wishing to join after this date will be added to a waiting list. You can add your name to the waiting list by emailing VIP@BGReunion.co.uk
4. The benefits of BGR VIP Club membership can be found on www.bgreunion.co.uk/vip. BGReunion reserve the right to alter these benefits at any time. If any of the benefits are altered we will inform all members by email using the email address they provided when they signed up.
5. Accepted payment methods – all payments are made via the Stripe.com platform. For a full list of payment options please visit Stripe.com
6. Refund policy – no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
7. The BGReunion website is equipped with commenting facilities. Whilst we invite you to share your opinions and questions in this way, this must not be used to distribute spam messages, post commercial advertisements, or spread links to malicious or dangerous websites. We retain the right to moderate any comment or written content submitted to the BGReunion website and to remove any content we deem to have violated our policies. When posting please note BGReunion do not tolerate bullying, racism, or discrimination of any kind. Should you be found to be in breach of these conditions, your membership will be terminated with immediate effect and no refund given.
8. BGReunion reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. If there are any changes to our Privacy Notice, we will announce that these changes have been made on our Home Page.
