What do I do when I get there?
When you arrive at the event please check in at Event Registration. Bring along some ID and your Order Confirmation email (you can show us on your phone – no need to print it out) and you’ll be given your badge for the weekend and a schedule.
The badge is your entry pass so please wear it at all times; without it you won’t be able to access the reunion.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive after Friday Registration closes, just keep your Order Confirmation email with you – you’ll still have access to the Friday night party. Registration opens again Saturday morning, the Order Confirmation email will act as your BGR3 pass until you register.
What if I’ve lost my order confirmation?
If you forget your Order Confirmation email just bring along some ID and proof of payment. We keep a list of all attendee’s names, so don’t worry.
What type of ID do I need at registration?
Photo ID is preferable, such as a passport, driving license, or other photo ID cards. In exceptional circumstances we may accept other forms of ID such as a bank card.
When is registration open?
The Event Registration Desk will be open:
- Friday: 3pm until 7pm
- Saturday: 9am until 12pm
